Order Processing
Our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Production times may occasionally be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Times
Shipping time begins after your order has completed production.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method available for your order. Any delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination. You will be able to review the shipping charge before completing your purchase.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders may also experience customs-related delays outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at therealmiserylovesco@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost, contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
